Auto Figure Jin adds a registered-user review system to WordPress.

Each logged-in user can submit one company review for the entire site. A clean submission is published with the user’s display name, rating, review text, and date. The registered author can update their own published feedback from My Review. Administrators cannot rewrite, delete, hide, return, or change the rating of an honest published review through the plugin. They may only add a separately stored official reply.

Suspicious submissions are held outside the public review table. Administrators can inspect, edit the suspicious title or text, add a correction note, or delete held spam. They cannot change its reviewer-selected star rating or publish it for the user. A registered user can correct the held draft from My Review and resubmit it for public listing.

Every author update is checked again. If a previously published review is edited to include blocked links, contact details, profanity, or another spam signal, it is removed from the public list and moved to the spam queue until the author corrects it.

GEO and SEO boundaries

The plugin can make genuine user language publicly readable, structured, and available in the initial HTML response. This may help crawlers and generative systems understand the context of a page. Search engines and AI platforms independently decide crawling, indexing, ranking, rich-result eligibility, and answer inclusion; the plugin does not guarantee any of these outcomes.

Google does not award review-star rich results to self-serving LocalBusiness or Organization reviews controlled by the reviewed entity. Auto Figure Jin therefore uses conservative Review markup tied to visible content and makes no promise of Google stars or snippet placement.

Auto Figure Jin Pro

Auto Figure Jin Pro is the planned commercial edition for sites that need additional premium capabilities and support. Development news and official product information are available on the Auto Figure Jin Pro page. The free plugin works independently and does not require the Pro edition or an external service.

Review control

After publication, the registered author can update their own review from My Review. The administrator receives no edit, delete, hide, return, or rating-change action for honest feedback and may only publish an official reply. WordPress database and server owners retain ultimate technical control over their installation, so no plugin can prevent direct database changes made outside its code.

Privacy

Auto Figure Jin stores the logged-in user’s WordPress user ID, public display name, rating, review text, optional review title, page/post ID, and submission date. Held submissions also store the reason they were held. The plugin does not store a reviewer’s email address or IP address in its review tables and does not transmit review data externally.

By default, plugin data is retained when the plugin is deactivated or deleted. Administrators may opt into complete deletion under Auto Figure Jin > Settings before deleting the plugin.
