Reduce by another star because in order to purchase the PRO version, I also have to go through (upzilla), requiring me to produce PII to an unknown and untrusted entity. If the author did not force the purchase or support to go through an untrusted source, I might be induced to rase my 2-star rating up to a 3 or possibly even a 4-star if the purchase process were changed to utilize a payment method connected with a trusted source like PayPal, or maybe even Venmo or Zettle. As for support options, maybe something with ZenDesk or even a local forum from their website would be far better than forcing me to deal with an untrusted third-party.
