Yes, Survey Form Block is a free Gutenberg block plugin. A Pro version adds advanced themes, layouts, input styles, motion and progress indicators. ### Will my existing surveys change after updating? No. Existing surveys keep the exact styling they were saved with — they load on the Classic theme, which reproduces the previous look. New design options are opt- in. ### Can I show the same survey in more than one place? Yes. Go to **Survey Forms → Surveys** and add one there instead of building it straight onto a page. Each entry holds a single survey and gets its own shortcode, shown in the ShortCode column of the list — click it to copy. Paste `[survey-form-block id="123"]` into any page, post, widget, or into a theme template with `do_shortcode()`, and the survey appears there. Every copy writes to the same set of responses, and editing the survey once updates all of them. ### Do I have to use the shortcode? No. Dropping the Survey Form Block straight onto a page works exactly as it always has, and surveys built that way are untouched by this. The Surveys screen is there for when you want one survey in several places. ### What happens to my responses if I delete the plugin? Nothing – they are kept. Deleting the plugin leaves your surveys, responses and tables in place unless you opt in first, under **Survey Forms Demo & Help Settings**. That switch is off by default and asks you to type DELETE before it turns on. ### Does it work with any WordPress theme? Yes, it will work with any standard WordPress theme. ### Can I change block settings? Yes, you can change block settings from the Gutenberg block editor’s right sidebar. ### Can I still fine-tune colors after applying a theme? Yes. It previously checked only a nonce, so any logged-in user could overwrite the field labels of any form on the site; * Security: Submission payloads are now sanitised value by value instead of as one blob, and the submitter-supplied creator id is cast to an integer; * Fixed: Multi-line answers no longer lose their line breaks, and answers containing quotation marks are no longer discarded on save; * Fixed: A failed submission now shows an error instead of a thank-you message.
